Halona Serena, Lda is an innovative and dynamic environmental, engineering design consultancy firm established in Dili in 2018.

It  was established to provide excellent technical consulting service for public and private sector clients. Our consulting services are provided by professional staff and expertise both locally and internationally who are committed to meet our client’s expectations.

As the growth of development of infrastructure increases, which results in giving rise to the demand in consultancy services in Timor-Leste. Thus, with the existence of Halona Serena, Lda will respond and provide environmental solutions to those issues with maintaining and pursuit of excellence.

It has shown through our work and involvement in the projects given. Each and every expertise we have ranging from Senior environmental expert, Engineers, HSE, Sociologist, Biologist to name a few. They have successfully contributed and issued the environmental licencing Category A to the clients in Timor-Leste as well as internationally.
